Company Ideology

We operate within the U.S., with only full time, salaried employees with full benefits. We do not off-shore any of our work to other countries. We strongly believe that building and expanding an intellectual property employment base is a multi-year process, and employment longevity is a key to success at InfoTech. We also believe that keeping technology jobs in the U.S. ensures that future generations will live in a country with cutting-edge technology, which is essential to keeping our way of life, which should not be off-shored to other countries. To successfully implement this ideology, InfoTech has opened several satellite offices throughout the U.S. (in places like North Dakota), offering employment outside of the major metropolitan areas, and hence maintaining a competitive edge in terms of IT labor cost.
