While smaller organizations are served by our IT Outsourcing Service, mid-sized and large organizations need the greater scope of services provided by our IT Facility Management Service. This service starts with an IT assessment, which is as much a business assessment as it is a technical assessment, and consists of four phases:
- PHASE 1: First, we conduct an interview process with your senior management, department managers, clients and, finally, your IT staff. The purpose is to understand their perspectives on your current IT status, deficiencies and future goals.
- PHASE 2: Next, we assess four key areas that must be addressed in order to successfully manage your facility. These are:
- IT Infrastructure (hardware systems, networks, telecommunications, desktops)
- Business software systems
- IT staff
- IT processes (change management, escalation, disaster recovery, client service and more.)
- PHASE 3: Next, we place each of the above four items into one of the following categories:
- Stable
- Stable, but needs attention to cover growth
- Needs attention in order to be stabilized
- Attention needed ASAP
- PHASE 4: Finally, our team creates both a short term plan (90-100 days) and a long term plan (12-24 months) for resolving your IT facility issues.
- We maintain a fully credentialed staff of experienced IT professionals, including system analysts, network engineers, system administrators, software programmers, database analysts and QA & QC personnel, all lead by experienced project managers.
- Our project managers are experienced in networking and systems, as well as software design and development. Furthermore, some of our project managers have experience in facilities, with a deep understanding of HVAC, cooling requirements, power requirements, building codes and more.
